Sometimes, wellness programs and products can have an underlying layer of guilt and shame. We might buy the weight loss product or the facemask, only to be left with the same worries and fears. Join Brit Guerin to learn about body liberation, intuitive eating, and mindfulness as a way to consider your own individualized wellness pursuit.  This month's presenter:  Brit Guerin   Brit is a licensed therapist and fitness professional in Raleigh, NC. She is the owner of Current Wellness, a wellness center on a mission to activate inclusive wellness for mind, body, and community. She has been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years. She has held a variety of professional roles, including a national fitness presenter, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, wellness coach, fitness consultant and fitness coordinator at universities. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University and a Master of Science from James Madison University - both in Kinesiology, as well as a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health from North Carolina State University.
