ISPE-CaSA Student Membership Form

To join as a student member, individuals must be enrolled full-time at a college, university, or other educational institution eligible for Student Membership with proof of status. Complete the form below and upload proof of student status. You may choose from any of the following of the methods: Valid and current Student ID card, Current semester schedule showing number of credits, Transcript (official or unofficial) with number of current credits, University letter stating “student” status, or University Web site page indicating the date and “student” status.
